We hope that the men may grow in their knowledge of Christ and be affirmed as men who have a desire to make a difference for the kingdom of God.

The vision is to offer ministry that is creative and challenging so as to equip, train and disciple the men so that they will flourish and grow. Our hope is that you would get involved and come and join us on this journey as followers of Christ.

So what goes on?

Men's Breakfast `s and Suppers
We have three breakfasts and two suppers a year on average a year. These are events have a speaker and can offer ministry. We sometimes invite external speakers to come and talk and also encourage the men from within the church to speak as well. These events are very well attended and they give the men an opportunity to eat and have great fellowship and good teaching and testimonies.

Men`s One day Events or evening events
This year we are having a golfing day away with the men of the church. This is a fun day away which does not have ministry but is just a time of fun, sport, food and laughter. Events like these are great for connecting and relationship building as they take us away from our normal environment and we all start of on the same footing together. A great way to hang out and try something different. We also do other events and it is worth checking this page to see whats coming up that might appeal. Magnet Groups
We all need buddy`s to watch our backs and there is no better place than having prayer partners to meet up with once a week to share what's going on in your life and to get support and prayer for the many challenges that are faced every week. We ncourage all men to join a magnet group and get together and pray with other men.

A magnet group is three men who pray together and spiritually, mentally and physically watch each other's backs, to offer support, prayer and a listening ear to what God might be saying to each other.

Mens three day walk
We are taking the men on a three day walk to the Dorset coast in the summer. Our last event like this the Three Peaks Event, was hugely popular with the men and we hope that this will be a similar event. Watch out for the information on the notice sheets at church and on the website.

Monthly informal events
We have set up a men's committee who decide what monthly events to do for the upcoming year. As you will see we have our events booked on a monthly period up until the end of the summer. These are informal events with no guest speaker and men just turn up to each event on the day. We want these to be varied, informal and fun. They vary from going to the pub to games nights and sports nights. They might involve a bike ride or a BBQ or a trip out for the night, whatever it is, the men really enjoy meeting up and hanging out together. We would love you to come along and join us for a beer and to chill out.
