Mark and Lindsay Melluish | Senior Pastors
Mark Melluish is the Senior Pastor at St Paul's. Married to Lindsay, they have five children and have been at St Paul's for almost 18 years. Mark and Lindsay are also part of the leadership team of New Wine, which is a network of over 700 churches. Under Mark's leadership St Paul's has grown to become a multi-congregational church with one church plant.
Lindsay is married to Mark and works with him as an Associate Pastor. In addition, her role is to oversee the women's and family ministries as well as helping with leadership training.

Barry and Jill Hingston | Assistant Pastor
Barry is an Assistant Pastor at St Paul's, Ealing. He is married to Jill, they have three teenage boys and live in Hanwell.

Simon and Sarah Parry | Children's Pastor
Simon is the Children's Pastor with the responsibility of overseeing all work with the 0-11's.
Simon is married to Sarah and has a number of years experience with working with children in the Vineyard church's as well as being involved with the Great Big God music and events. Simon is responsible for the church website, and also oversees Children’s Worship for New Wine, and is a published kids worship songwriter. Simon and Sarah have two children, Noah and Millie.

Richard Turner | Youth Pastor
Richard is the Youth Pastor at St Paul's and looks after the 11-18s. He is also working to develop the 20s-30s ministry in the church.

Ray Elliott
Ray's role on the staff team is threefold. To develop the Prison Ministry which includes involvement in running Alpha courses in Wormwood Scrubs Prison for inmates; to oversee the programmes of Church building work; and also to head up the Besom in Ealing with Adam Kinder. He has been member of St Paul's for manyyears. Kairos Prison Ministry .

John Murphy | Worship Director
John is our Worship director at St Paul's and oversees all of our collective worship, bands and music training. John is married to Georgie.

Cathy Webber | PA to Mark
Cathy has been a member of St Paul's and its Treasurer for many years. For the past number of years Cathy has worked as Mark's Personal Assistant both for St. Pauls and for the New Wine Conferences

Rae Troke | Church Administrator
Rae has been part of the team at St. Paul's for many years. She is responsible for all the church administration and the management and bookings of the church premises. She is the face of the church to all those who use our halls during the week.

Polly Neill | Admin Assistant
Polly joined the staff team to help provide administrative support for the growing children's and youth ministry. Her role also includes keeping the St Paul's family up to date with church events.

Azniv is our CAP Center manager and works in the St Paul's office. Azniv enjoys walks in Richmond park, pudding, Rummikub and supports QPR.
